Coaching is a partnership in reaching goals. In coaching we work with where you are and where you want to be. I will help you define and clarify your goals and desires and look at what is between you and achieving them. We discover, determine and define what steps will move you towards your desired outcomes. We will develop a detailed map to your desired goals and create a path to arrive there. We will develop tools and resources to help you reach the desired outcomes. I will be a support and a place of accountability to your commitment to the desired goal and vision of who you want to be. Our scheduled session help to keep you accountable to yourself and the changes you are making.

                                 ​We will  discover what’s important to you, and what successfully motivates you.

  • Life coaching requires a commitment to the process. I ask you to commit to a minimum of three to six months to really develop the change we will be working towards.
  • I work weekly or bi-weekly depending on goals and situation. Our consistent communication helps to keep you accountable so you can succeed in the changes you are creating in your life.
  • Coaching sessions are 75 minutes and are done over the phone.

NLP, Hypnosis and Life Coaching
                            NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming) can help you overcome fears and limiting beliefs. We can use NLP and Hypnosis techniques to deal with obstacles you’ve been experiencing so you can move forward and reach your goals. While we do spend some time on the “problems” you may have experienced, we spend more time on the solutions.
